Shipping and Order Tracking
All South African orders are processed within 24 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Standard delivery in South Africa normally takes place within 3 - 5 working days
Please note: There may be potential delays during sale periods especially Black Friday (November) due to high volume of orders. Courier delays are outside of our control, however we endeavour to ensure that we work with trusted courier partners who meet our fulfilment promises.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Flat rate shipping: Our flat shipping rate is R100,00 anywhere in South Africa
Free Shipping: Applies to all orders over R1500.00

Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch.

Tracking Orders
All orders can be tracked via our website tracking portal with your order number or waybill tracking reference provided in the shipping notification email e.g BHYPL
International Shipping
We now offer international shipping to USA, Europe, UAE and Australia.
International Shipping Zones and Flat Rates:
Europe: France, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom - R350.00
UAE: Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Dubai - R350.00
Australia - R600.00

The customer is responsible for settling any import duties/local taxes and handling charges and these are not included in our shipping costs.
