Refund policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refund or exchange any piercing jewellery for hygienic and safety reasons. Please ensure that the correct size is chosen and that the earrings will fit into your piercings before making a purchase as all our earrings are designed for cartilage piercings done with a 16G needle.
Our earrings WILL NOT FIT into piercings pierced with a gun and we cannot refund or accept returns in this case or in the case of purchases made of in incorrect size earring for your piercing. Please consult our size guides (*these are just a reference based on standard sizes for healed piercings) and/or your professional piercer when choosing rings and posts for cartilage jewellery as we cannot refund or exchange jewellery that is too small for your piercing.
Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.
Refund/ Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy on manufacturer defects i.e items thats are damaged or defective when received or within 30 days thereof, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for a an exchange, please send us a picture of the defective or damaged item and we will send you a discount code to the value of the earring or a new one of the same earring.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase i.e. order number.
The shipping cost of R100.00 will be deducted from the refund amount in the case of damaged or defective items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We guarantee that our Implant Grade Titanium is completely hypoallergenic and will not cause irritation, allergic reactions or itchiness and will always be as per the material advertised and as per the description under materials and dimensions on the product page.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Cura products cannot be returned once dispatched for safety and hygiene reasons. All items are sterilised before leaving our warehouse.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the right item/s is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, send us an email or WhatsApp with the new order.
Refunds
In the case of a refund requested for a defective item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount for the order excluding the shipping cost on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
