We guarantee that our Implant Grade Titanium will not cause allergic reactions, itchiness, or sore ears — even for the most sensitive ears. If you experience any irritation, redness, or discomfort within 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

How it works

• 30 days to decide. The guarantee runs from your delivery date.
• No proof required. We won't ask for photos, doctor's notes, or explanations. If your ears aren't happy, we're not happy.
• For hygiene reasons, we don't require the earrings back. Because these are pierced jewellery items, we don't ask you to return them to us — refunds are processed once your request is confirmed.
• Refund covers the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we're unable to cover return shipping where applicable.
• One guarantee claim per order. If your order includes multiple items, only one item per order qualifies for a no-questions-asked refund under this guarantee. Any additional items from the same order can still be returned, but must be unopened, unworn and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. This keeps the guarantee sustainable so we can keep offering it hassle-free.

This guarantee covers reactions to the metal itself. It does not cover damage from misuse, loss, incorrect size purchased or normal wear and tear.
